Something appears to be compressing Ethan's right (and only) ventricle. He is not in a good place. When he gets more stable they want to go in and do another heart catheterization. His ventricle is pumping as well as it can, but cannot fill properly. They hope to find the cause. Hopefully it is something that can be fixed. And hopefully it doesn't require another open heart procedure.

NO... I am so sorry. My heart just sunk when I read that. I will continue to pray for Ethan. If there is ANYTHING at all I can do, please let me know.

Oh Heidi, I am in tears for you and for Ethan. One thing I have been reassured of is that Heavenly Father has a plan for us. I actually sent a letter off to the First Presidency last month with a question I had about Kate, and I got a response back from them last week. It was awesome. They shared some wonderful scriptures of comfort, I want to share them with you in a more private forum. I love you and am praying so much for Ethan to heal and for you to be comforted.

I have never posted a comment before, but I have been checking in on Ethan for many months now. I just wanted to let you know that my thoughts are with you today and I will keep little Ethan in my prayers. He is a beautiful boy with a beautiful purpose.
